This application requires NET Framework to be installed. Then you need a new version from its official website. Once you have the Net Framework and the software package, overwrite the current installation.
Secondly, go to Start and type Printer. Open the Prrinter & Scanners section then uncheck the Let Windows manage my printers and scanners and mark a printer to be the default one and the software will work properly.
