The device needs to be rooted first because all the applications available in the Google Play store need root access in order to install fonts because the entire operation is strictly related to system modification. This can be accomplished by using 3rd party applications like SuperOneClick.
Find the fonts needed and after you root your tablet, enable storage and copy them in a folder of the tablet's internal storage device. Disconnect the tablet and then copy those files into /system/fonts and perform a reboot of your device. After the device will boot, simply go to the Display settings and choose your newly installed font.
Please be aware that rooting your device may void its warranty.
