Can someone help me run this in Windows 7?

Very handy program that worked up to and including Windows XP, anything later and has a lot of graphics,(needed), blacked out.

I've tested the application on Windows 10 x64 and it works just fine without issues. After installation, you have to apply a compatibility tweak. Right click the desktop icon or its main executable file in the Program Files and go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 from the drop down menu and tick the Run as Administrator option as well.

Launch the application and it should work normally. The Run as Administrator option will allow the software to create and modify files on the system partition.
