It's currently impossible to obtain a quotation for WinScraper since the official website is no longer working. I've visited other websites listed on the Google Search and the results was the same. All the links pointed to the main website that is no longer working.
If you want a similar tool, then I recommend checking AutoIt Window Information Tool which is bundled with the AutoIT application and practically does the same thing.
