Most of these applications that deal with file synchronization can simply be triggered using an option found in the menu when you right click its icon in the system tray or simply restart the application. Close it normally or use the Task Manager to force close the application.
Restart the application, make sure that you are connected to the Internet and the synchronization will start automatically for Asus WebStorage Sync Agent.
