I've seen the Print help page for PhotoScape and I have to say that's very customizable and feature friendly. When you select a photo for printing, the software will give you various options to add them per page.
You can check the available options on the Support page provided by the developers of PhotoScape.
I've just tested and indeed I can print multiple items on the same page using the available tools.
