The export option will be just fine. As far as I know, the software lacks a batch feature to save all the files, but once you use Export to disk, a copy of the image will be saved into your location of choice. After this procedure, load that image you exported in any application you want to continue with further processing, printing, sharing, etc.
I've installed Lenovo PhotoMaster many times and it worked as I said above.
