Vumie 2012 is recommended for students and requires a license to run properly. It's also used only in specific locations and teaching schools as well as universities. I searched the website and although I've found it available for download, no alternative was provided which means there aren't any.
I checked the websites for alternatives but nothing was added in connection to Vumie.
