Hughes Presenter doesn't appear on the list of software products on the Hughes website. As I can see, there are only some upgrade applications for Windows and Mac and nothing else. Without proper information, I can't confirm if the software works on Windows 10 or not.
I suggest requesting the developer's help to see exactly if there is another application compatible with Windows 10 or not.
