The C-200MT software is not available for downloading, therefore its installation is impossible. Because of this, I can't provide a clear answer why you're having issues. It wouldn't be enough because I would lack the drill, therefore consult the built-in Help to see all the possible errors and their fixes. If you won't find the fix for this issue, then head over tot he developer's website and get in contact with them explaining the error and providing additional error codes that might appear.
