You have to allow the software to communicate with the servers and and then add the necessary items into the application. To do this, go to Start and type Firewall. On the left you'll see Add or allow an app through Firewall. Choose iSmartViewPro and accept the changes.
Secondly, check the connections in the iSmartViewPro to make sure that you're using the correct settings to connect to your cameras.
