Unfortunately, the VPath is not compatible with AutoCAD LT 2018. I've checked its official website and these are the supported versions that work with VPath:
AutoCAD 2008-11 (including Map) (AutoCAD Autodesk, Inc.)
12d Model V9 or later (12d Model © 12D Solutions Pty Ltd)
