I've searched the web but couldn't find exactly if it's supported or not by the Huawei FMC Unlock, although there are some guides mentioned on those websites. The only thing that remains for you is to try it because nothing can happen. Simply use one instance and generate a key/unlocking password to see if it works properly or not.
