How do I get wxkpg to work after reinstalling multiple times?

It used to work fine. I did a factory reset on my laptop. I reinstalled everything and everything is up to date. Everything works except kpg.

I've installed the application from the application's page at Software Informer on Windows 10 x64 Professional and it works normally without issues. Visit the application's page and download version 0.6 of the software. Right click its installation package and use Run as Administrator.

When started, the software displays a dialog window to add the patterns, as seen below:
