One of the forms created in the Vetray Vision is not properly configured and most likely you enter text to save the files that exceeds the total number of characters allowed, even if the software doesn't tell you this. Try using shorter names for your files and then save them again. Secondly, run the software as Administrator if you're on Windows 7 or higher.
