Why am I getting "Export failed: The system cannot find the path specified"?

Everyone has full rights to the directory. The system is also trying to use a temporary file name instead of the name I specified in the report. Below is the full debug message:

Debug Exporting report to E:\Directory\pdf~2a3c439ba57f4d89b73b11790e4e97c7.pdf

Since I couldn't find this exact error on other websites with users that have Report Commander installed, I recommend checking the File Output help page to see exactly how the files and permissions need to be configured before generating the report. This is the only thing I could find about Report Commander and Export errors generated by the software.
