Yes, WordBiz is compatible with Windows 10 64bit. I've downloaded the latest version available on the official website and I've installed it on Windows 10 x64. The software works, but as required, you need a username and password to be able to log in and play with other users that are also connected. The latest version is 1.8.7.
When installing, right click the setup and choose Run as Administrator.
