I've installed iCATVision on my PC and found out that it doesn't have a way to load the images based on its interface settings, but there is a trick. After the software started, go to Tools > Setup then point the image path to where the files are stored. Restart the application and use Run as Administrator if your files are stored on the C drive, and then you should see all the files. Make sure that you have files recognized by the iCATVision.
