I've searched the web, but I can't find the correct website where you can upload the documents. Their official website doesn't explain anything about the E-Annex software nor how to upload the documents.
Given this situation, I strongly recommend you contact them to obtain an official statement about the correct procedure you have to follow in order to upload those documents as you need.
