The ExtraOutlook is now considered to be a discontinued application without any possibility to download it. I've checked various websites and download locations, but the software is nowhere to be found.
There is also no alternative mentioned for ExtraOutlook as well, but you can try the available Add-ins to increase the functionality of the application.
