I don't think that CreataCard is an application compatible with the Windows 10, primarily because the developers offer a way to customize greeting cards through the compatible web browsers. Since this solution is obsolete, I recommend choosing another one that has the same principle regarding the working with greetings.
The software's called Greeting Card Factory Deluxe 11, but unfortunately, it's has a commercial license meaning that you have o buy it in order to test it. It also works with Windows 10.
