I've installed Lenovo Photo Master and it appears that it supports sharing. Features the three most used social platforms to send files: Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr. there is also a button to directly Upload the file to a supported service which you can find after the button is clicked.

Note: Make sure that Lenovo Photo Master is allowed in the firewall to connect to the Internet because it's required for the social functions to work properly.
