When you receive that message, it usually means that Win-Track is not compatible with the operating system where you installed it, in this case, Windows 10. The fix is easy, you just install the necessary components and it will run, but the problem is with the components installation as well. You won't be able to install it in Windows 10, therefore compatibility needs to be used.
Right-click the installation procedure and select Troubleshoot Compatibility. Windows will take care of the rest and provide additional information. If it doesn't run after these tweaks, then the software requires updating.
Or you could install Windows XP in a virtual machine and run the software in that way.
