The ZTE Z831 is not available for unlocking using the standard tools. You have to connect the phone to a custom made hardware box that is capable of bypassing the security locks. You can visit the official ZTE retailer and ask them to unlock the phone or visit a local phone service shop.
For both options, you will need to pay a small fee or based on the complexity level required to unlock the phone.
