I've checked the application and its features, but it doesn't support OneDrive backup. However, here is a trick that can get you going without even having to install another solution for your needs.
Download the OneDrive client and install it on your client, then set a folder to be synchronized all the time. Configure the EZBack-it to save the backups to the same folder configured in OneDrive. Check one-file backup and the client will automatically save it to the cloud.
