I've checked the system requirements for this application and it appears that you can run it only on Windows 7, 8, and 10 (32/64) and Mac OS X (EI Captain). There is no Linux/Ubuntu support which means that you will have to run a virtual machine on Linux with Windows and then install the application there. The FreeStyle Libre is still available for download on its own page.
