Stopping the VAT Calculator nag screen.

When I launch the VAT calculator, a 15-second delay screen comes up, asking me to make a donation to "foelock". When I click on it, it takes me to a 404-error defunct page. How can I turn off the "nag screen"?

The downloadable version of VAT Calculator is no longer available and hasn't been updated in a while, which means that you might not be able to get rid of that nag screen. However, on the tool's official website there's also an online version, which offers basically the same functionality and interface and that most likely is "nag-free".
