After SupportAssist Driver Update gets installed, Windows 10 Device Manager shows that the current driver is still at version 11.6.0.1026. Consequently, the update installation does not succeed although SupportAssist showed the status "Complete".

I wouldn't count much on the Dell SupportAssist Remediation when it comes to installing drivers for devices on Dell laptops. The safest and recommended way to install them is through manual downloads.

Simply access the Dell Support page and locate your product (input model number or service tag to fastly identify the product) then expand the downloads for drivers and choose the operating systems.

Download the driver you need, then remove the currently installed one, reboot the PC/laptop, and reinstall the new one.

Sorry I have the same problem and think it is Dell's responsibility.
