In OBS Studio, you have to define the capture screen. To do this, in the Sources section press the + sign and then choose the source that you want to capture. I strongly recommend using two monitors because it's easier to see what's happening on the screen. Once the source has been selected, press the RECORD button on the lower right section where the controls for OBS Studio are located.
