The Xtream developers created a tutorial with the correct procedure required to set up the top box. They have a page set up where you can see exactly the instructions. From what I see on the page, it's necessary to connect to the box using Putty to be able to download the necessary scripts for the operating system. Just check the web page and follow the instructions carefully. The E-Channelizer tutorials page also provides information on how to set up the box properly.
