BullZEye seems to no longer be available and its website no longer accessible, so this is what causes the application to fail to activate. I recommend waiting a while in case the developer gets things running again, but if the problem you're having has already been going on for a while, I would suggest finding an alternative application. From what I've read, iCorrect EditLab Pro offers something very similar to BullZEye.
