I don't think that's even possible because Bingalletto is discontinued and the developer is nowhere to be found on the online media. I've searched blogs, Facebook, other social media websites for this person but couldn't find anything available. Therefore, it's impossible to get in touch with him.
However, if by any means you have the software on your PC, go to Help > About and look through the menu to find the contact options. It also helps to look in the installation directory as well, where developers place readme files or user guides with contact options attached.
