Will TSC address book work with Windows 10?
Yes, TSC Free Address Book will work with Windows 10. I've downloaded a version from the download page at Software Informer and then I continued with the installation in Windows 10 Pro x64.

Note: Make sure to install and run it as Administrator to avoid any errors. Also, on the page click on the 2011 version, because the 2013 one lacks the main executable file.
