No, the Lava A79 mobile phone doesn't have MHL capability. I've checked its specifications and it appears that it's actually a low-end phone regardless of the specifications listed. It doesn't even support USB OTG, a feature that might be necessary for MHL playback on the TV.
The LAVA Phone Suite doesn't help as well since the MHL is a hardware feature that needs to be implemented by the manufacturer.
