How do I get the license from the old laptop?

We are using a laptop where CleanAgent 2001 is installed. How do we transfer the license to another laptop since the laptop where the program is installed will be decommissioned? Can we retrieve the license from the old machine?

The software should have a way to export the license using built-in menus. It's typically found in the Help section of the software. Check that to see if there is a way. Alternatively, look in the installation folder because developers usually place the license files in that directory and a simple copy-paste should do the job.
