Problems uploading videos using Gramblr.

Question

Previously I've emailed Gramblr about this problem & they replied:

You can refresh the page and reboot Gramblr with the button on the top left, then click again. Are you running the latest version of Gramblr?

I already did that even before I sent my email. Reboot Gramblr, refresh it, uninstalled & re-installed again. Still, the same problem. I can't upload the video.

Is there any specific requirement or any limitation of the video spec i.e. size, length, type?

Based on what I know, Gramblr just like the official Instagram app has the same limitations, meaning that you will need to upload a video that is 10-11 seconds longer. Anything above that will be trimmed automatically or you'll receive an error.

Secondly, I've seen users that fixed the uploading error by simply logging out of the platform and then logging in after a while. I also recommend uploading videos that are in the MP4 format.
