Unfortunately, it's impossible to obtain documentation for QAliber VS 2010 Plugin and its entire suite, because the official website is not working anymore. It's now listed as a discontinued domain.
The data in the installation directory won't help much because I've installed the application and there is nothing regarding documentation files. Also, the QAliber doesn't even work on Windows 10 x64, therefore you shouldn't use it in this particular OS.
