The official website where the software was hosted doesn't appear to support the application anymore and the User License Agreement is usually presented when the software is installed. It's rarely available outside the program's installer, typically in the ToS section of the website, but since the official website is showing something else then User License Agreement is different as well.
I've tried to download it, but it was impossible. Also, the link was considered a malware since it bundled a lot of other apps that had no connection with Free HD Converter.
