Problem with freezing.

I have a problem with SmarThru 4 freezing when attaching to email (it's connected to A Samsung M2070 printer). I then have to restart laptop to unfreeze and start all over. Solution?

There could be many reasons why this is happening, like:

  • maximum file size limit reached
  • bug in the application
  • faulty installation
  • unsupported file.

The only thing I recommend is to reinstall the application and from the start, you've checked 3 of those reasons.
