You have to take advantage of the available Help found in the application because the official website is now discontinued which means that there will be no way of obtaining support from the developers.
You can look in the installation folder as well to see if there are PDF or CHM files. They usually place these files to help users better understand the software they're working with.
Additionally, log in with an Administrator into the application and then change the user's permissions through the available menu or if it refers to Windows, then run the software as Administrator (right click on it).
