The OnTime Biometric application doesn't appear to be supported anymore. I checked the official website and they have something else listed on the products list.
Additionally, I would recommend checking the built-in Help because in most of the cases you have all the information listed under different topics. Look in the installation folder as well for PDF or CHM files.
