Downloading VideoBrowser.

I am trying to download videos from my Vixia HF G20 camcorder, but I can't. I read that I need VideoBrowser. But VideoBrowser does not recognize the serial number on my camcorder and will not allow me to download. Help!

I don't think the VideoBrowser SD is the recommended application for that camcorder. According to the official website, you need Pixela Video Browser to be able to export the videos from the camcorder to PC. As far as I know, the Pixela Video Browser software is bundled with the camera, meaning that you need the CD in order to install it since there is no place on the Internet from where you can download it.

This is actually a known "issue" regarding Pixela Video Browser and downloads for this application.
