Unfortunately, you can't download Union$ because the official website is not working anymore. I've also used Google Search and other software libraries found on 3rd party websites, but again the results were 0. At this time, the software is considered to be discontinued without any possibility to download it anymore.
I couldn't find any alternative as well since no website mentions it.
