This means that an OCX file that has to do with the graphical interface is not properly installed on your PC, or the software that you're using isn't compatible with the operating system where you've installed it.
I recommend reinstalling the application because in most of the cases it fixes the problem. If you're using a Windows version higher than Windows XP, then right-click the installer and choose Run as Administrator.
I've also searched to download the software myself, but no website was found for this procedure.
