According to the application's web page, Zelio Soft 2 version 4.6 can be used on Windows 10. The only thing that you need to do is to download and install the 64-bit version of the driver from the previously mentioned website.
In case you've done that and you're still encountering errors, try going to Control Panel->System->Device Manager->Doors (COM & LPT), looking for an entry called Schneider Electric Bourguebus USB to COM Driver 64 Service and modifying the COM door number to match the one indicated by Zelio Soft.
