Functionality of Order Play & Time Play.

Question

Can any one share what are the intended uses of that 2 selection right at the top of each image / text underneath the program name? Order play ranges from 1 to even 15 or more and Time Play on the other is in seconds.

The only thing I could find about this application is some video posted on YouTube that teaches you how to work with the application, but based on the information you gave me above, it appears that the order play is related to the number of items that you can show in a particular order, while 15 being maximum and time play refers in how many seconds that message will be shown in its full form.
