Would this program allow me to transfer CD music to an MP3 or another device?

This is a CD authoring application means that it allows you to make copies of a CD/DVD, or create CD/DVDs from files on your PC. It doesn't have a conversion module that allows you to convert track music to MP3. You will need another application for that procedure.
