Clarisoft and Windows 10 compatibility.

Is there a compatibility problem between Clarisoft and Windows 10? I am trying to print a fixed text with rich text block option from Clarisoft, and the printer does not print although I get prints with dates, barcodes, etc.

I can't find the CLARiSOFT application or the website, therefore it's impossible to say exactly anything about compatibility with Windows 10. I've also checked the Google Search pages for a lead on system requirements and didn't find anything as well, therefore I believe that the software is now discontinued and doesn't support Windows 10 at all.

However, if you have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 from the list and then tick the Run as Administrator option as well, just to avoid other issues.
