Most likely this is caused by bugs in the application and because the game is not fully optimized to run on the Android version that is installed on the Galaxy Tab 4 device.
Typically, you should wait for an update or report the bugs and issues to the developer through its Play Store page, if it even exists anymore and then reinstall or play something else until it's updated.
However, the app on Windows was discontinued, therefore you have to avoid that.
