Can't open eBIRForms6.2 in Windows 10 64bit.

Question

When I install the eBIRForms 6.2 offline in Windows 10 64bit, I can't open but the other Windows 10 64bit run it normally. What can I do?

You can't run the application because the version of your Windows has the Creators Update installed. Many users reported that their applications stopped working the minute Creators Update was installed.

If you installed the update recently, then you can go back to a previous version using Start > Settings > Update and Recovery > Go back.

Additionally, you will have to wait for a new update for the eBIRForms application.

Enable windows scrip host on your computer its disable by default, if your using smadav antivirus just right click the icon then choose Allow windows scrip permanent
